Research on PID Controller of Excavator Electro-Hydraulic System Based on Improved Differential Evolution

چکیده

An electrical hydraulic control system (electro-hydraulic system) is thought to be a key component in excavator operation systems. Control methods with fixed parameters may not yield optimal performances because has various nonlinear uncertainties due the leakage and compressibility of fluid medium. Hence, novel PID controller based on improved differential evolution (IDE) introduced electro-hydraulic systems for interconnected The proposed algorithm only adjusts different working conditions but also scaling factor crossover probability. Then, IDE bucket are modeled simulated MATLAB simulation platform. results demonstrate that better performance settling time, rise convergence speed compared standard Ziegler–Nichols (ZN) object function. Eventually, IDE-PID assessed 23-ton excavator, good transient behavior trajectory accuracy obtained comparison SDE-PID controller.
